Current position · July 24, 2026: Project 2025’s formal presidential-transition operation wound down, while its publications, training, personnel apparatus, alumni and participating organizations continue to influence government and the broader policy network. Major presidential election-rule provisions and the expanded federal SAVE voter-screening system are blocked, and the SAVE America Act remains stalled. The Election Assistance Commission is operating with three commissioners and one vacancy.
“Plutocracy” here means disproportionate power derived from concentrated wealth through finance, access, ownership, appointments, lobbying and commercial feedback. Shared interests, access or favorable policy do not alone prove a bargain, unified command or individual quid pro quo.
